Acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, hidradenitis, hair loss, chronic hives. Conditions that need a diagnosis and a treatment plan you can live with.

Skin cancer & mole surveillance
A changing mole, a spot that won't heal, or a family history that means you should be watched. Dermoscopy, biopsy and surgery under one roof.
Arm 03
Cosmetic & laser
Pigmentation, thread veins, scarring, resurfacing. Planned around your phototype, because that is what decides which device is safe to use.
Five things worth a second look.
The ABCDE prompts are the standard way to describe a mole that deserves attention. They are a reason to get checked — not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for one.
Asymmetry
One half does not match the other when you draw a line through the middle.
Border
Edges are ragged, notched or blurred rather than clean and defined.
Color
More than one shade — brown with black, red, white or blue-grey in the same mark.
Diameter
Wider than about 6 mm, roughly a pencil eraser. Smaller marks still count if they are changing.
Evolving
Changing in size, shape, color or sensation, or starting to itch, crust or bleed.

What actually happens.
Four stages, in this order. We tell you the cost of each one before it happens.
Stage 01
Before you arrive
Upload photographs and any letter from your primary care physician when you book. A consultant reads them before you walk in, so the visit starts further along.
Stage 02
Full skin examination
Down to underwear, in good light, examined under magnification and polarized light. Scalp, soles and nails included. Twenty to thirty minutes.
Stage 03
Procedures on the day
Where a biopsy, curettage or cryotherapy is indicated we do it in the same visit under local anesthetic, rather than booking you back in.
Stage 04
Results and a written plan
Histology reported within five working days. You get the result by secure message and a plan in plain language, copied to your referring doctor if you want that.
Fees quoted in USD. Most plans allow you to book dermatology directly.
